Double extension and internal refurbishment. Structural walls taken out internally and externally to open up existing dwelling and incorporate into new extension.

Steel post fixed to foundation and in turn supporting weight of galvanised RSJ above. Rear extension to wall plate. Roof stripped back ready to take structural steels to support roof.

RSJ's lifted into place over building with crane to form structural frame for roof. Ceiling joists installed, cut and pitching roof.
